This 20-storey residential building needed a sleek, contemporary exterior that could be installed quickly without compromising on quality. That’s where our architectural precast panels came in. To create a seamless, modern façade, we supplied single and double punch window panels, two-storey vertical panels, and horizontal spandrel panels from levels 7 to 20. The grey light sandblast finish added texture and depth, giving the building a stylish, high-end look. Thanks to our streamlined manufacturing process, we delivered all panels in just 12 weeks, and the installation was completed in 30 days.
