ABOUT THE PROJECT

The 183 Grandview Rd custom home is a showcase of Central Precast’s ability to deliver a fully integrated exterior material package—including custom architectural precast, premium masonry, and landscaping products—all sourced directly from our manufacturing facility and suppliers.

Designed by Eastboro Designs, the home blends French country charm with modern refinement. The arched double front door and matching precast portico serve as the central design feature, requiring precise detailing, consistent color and texture, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Central Precast supplied every custom precast component for the entrance—arches, jambs, sills, and banding—crafted specifically for this project. We also provided the full masonry package and the landscaping materials used throughout the property, giving the client a cohesive selection of high-quality products from a single supplier.
