ABOUT THE PROJECT
Central Precast designed, manufactured and installed a modular building for Kettle and Stony Point which met the needs for insulation and an attractive finish. The walls were insulated (R10) with a simulated split face block and brick pattern. The block pattern was finished in standard grey and the brick pattern was a three-colour stain. The precast roof was stained a matching grey, complete with a gable end. Central Precast was able to manufacture the building in just one week, with installation finished two days later.
