ABOUT THE PROJECT
When CaraCo began construction of a new 14-storey residential building in Kingston, ON, they needed to source architectural precast panels with a two-tone colour and texture. Central Precast was the obvious choice. We were able to manufacture, supply and install precast panels to match their needs. The panels from the ground floor to the 4th/5th floor were a grey mix in a heavy sandblast finish, with reveals. At the top of the 4th floor panels we created a cornice profile along the perimeter of the building. The upper panels - from the 5th floor up - were a light grey mix in a light sandblast finish. The result was a modern, long-lasting, high-quality exterior for their new residential building.
