The City of London was seeking a building that would blend in with the surroundings of the Greenway Wastewater Treatment Centre in London, Ontario. We engineered and fabricated an insulated precast concrete modular building, with our signature simulated brick pattern and installed it in only one day. The precast panels were insulated with R12 for the walls and R20 for the ceiling since the building needed to be protected from thermal conditions and to preserve the chemical equipment that would be kept within. Once the doors were fitted, the interior was then finished with corrugated metal. The outcome was a stained structure that, thanks to its beige/buff colour, blended in seamlessly with its surroundings.
