ABOUT THE PROJECT
The client needed a strong and visually appealing storage solution, and its proximity to the main building and road made a unified appearance essential. Our solution involved a precast modular building with a simulated brick pattern, meticulously stained to match the main structure. The project covered engineering, fabrication, and a seamless installation process. The precast walls, featuring a three-colour brick pattern, blend harmoniously with the main building, while the precast roof, smoothly finished and stained brown, mirrors the building's flashing. This impressive achievement took just 4 days to produce and 1 day to install, minimizing on-site disruption. The fusion of design and function showcased our ability to exceed client expectations.
